Silverton Custom Homes was established in 1993 by brothers-in-law Mike Grimm and Jim Cummings to build homes of exceptional value. Silverton defines value as the integration of excellent design with appropriate materials that are installed with superior workmanship.

  To build exceptional homes, Silverton utilizes a team concept that pairs our customers with a project coordinator. This coordinator works with our customers throughout the design, selection, construction, and warranty phases of the project and is your liaison with the homebuilding team. Partners of the team include an Interior Designer, a Personal Builder, and a Master Builder.
